October 15, 1966 -- eighteen Liberal-area women organized the Cimarron River Valley Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Mrs. R. B. Harkins served as Organizing Regent.

COME GROW WITH US! In 2005 our membership was 51 members. As of the first of 2009, our membership is 63 with three applications pending.

The chapter meets eight times a year.
